Remember, remember, this is the Vember,
whether north or south,
cold or hot,
this is the noiest of months when
yesses are filed and held in contempt and,
despite the advent of virgins 
or the odd fine Claus,
this is the time to stymie the old plot,
to lose the lot of all previous plans,
setting aside all expectations,
saying no to no and yes to
