Breathtaking – Word of the Day

“Those mornings when we kiss and surrender for an hour before we say a single word.” David Levithan, ‘The Lover’s Dictionary’
I Fell
I stood on the precipice of your beauty,
swooning,
dizzied,
effervescent.
Decompression syndrome,
if only I could breathe.
But I am transcendent,
outside my body,
beside my self,
such rapture.
And, in the beauty of your heart words,
I fell.
