“From a small seed a mighty trunk may grow.” Aeschylus

Grickle Grackle

Grickle grackle mawn
spreads glow across hills,
all bark and tweet until the
coming of the mungled breath
of Boreas does break the
spines of groves, and darks
the valleys so with the
pickle packle puddles of
thin hope, shreds of life
crackle and push of green
arrives through the sponge
of this munged quaggle.

If you wanted an example of nonsense … here’s a pile 🙂

Shadowy Mawk

Shadowy mawk of an open crypt
you dust-tongued wizened husk I smell
skulking, grave-groping, gurgling mass
of a griddle slack squawk eternal,
a mere muffle-toed peep
or sad gingered scrape,
such a hare-heeled fluvial flunk
ever to creep horror loathed
mickle-hearted or
sulphur scrack.
