“Words are tools which automatically carve concepts out of experience.” Julian S. Huxley
Courage To Speak To say a word takes courage, to defend it takes more, worse still - the perceptions that seem to exponentially multiply in any one discussion, presenting rabbit holes to wander for all those who would blend truths like paint - while also offering steel traps, this takes fearless zeal. I agree. But on certain occasions we can be more diplomatic in expressing our opinions. And most of find it difficult to admit we are wrong 😊. But there is a feeling of satisfaction when we are able to do that.

In these times, where truth has wandered who knows where, it is difficult to hold a thought.

One needs to be careful with one’s words. The spoken word more so as once its out it IS OUT.
and with so many words having such sensitive connotations these days: the other day I was expressing a difficult poetry form I worked on the entire day; I was at the end of my rope, literally — I wrote that I slaved over this poem— immediately, Grammarly warned me about the word slave. ¡!
…Sure, I changed it. I never want to offend.
…And they say AI doesn’t know a thing about human sensitivity. Ha! IT taught me a lesson that day.
Thanks for the poem.
