“World belongs to humanity, not this leader, that leader or that king or prince or religious leader.” Dalai Lama
Love Wins Out The separation of peoples, the division of colours, the disappearance of culture, the incarceration of peoples, the eruption of concrete walls, the ranking of right religious views, the diminishing of political views, the eradication of human rights, the ending of the individual, the destruction of community, all have been tried, all have, in the long term, ultimately failed the power of love and connection. The middle ground has disappeared, as people have decided to be on one side or the other.

While I think that love and connection win out in the end, right now in the US, it seems like an awfully long time coming.

We are only just coming to terms with seven years of abusive government and all that it entails (social permissions etc.) It is even worse in your country so much vile stuff.

In the US, it’s getting worse by the day. We just had another school shooting with fatalities. It is patently obvious that our politicians place a much higher value on guns and their own power than the lives of children. In his latest tirades, he who shall not be named is directly chaneling Mein Kampf, and it appears no one can (or will) stop him. I’m getting increasingly frightened.

I love this one … it speaks volumes. Too bad humans seem incapable of learning these lessons, isn’t it?

Yes, it saddens me that the way forward is right in front of us but we slide past most times. Thank you Jill.

Of all the intelligent people that have been on this planet, nobody has figured out a way to eradicate bigotry. Sigh.
