Day 1 1.11.22

Prompt: Write a beginning and/or an ending poem.

It Will Be

To begin is to invite an ending,
a mystery of sorts,
to wrap it up for preservation
empties all possibility
leaving only the foil
holding a husk,
to begin is to know that the
very last spoonful will be the best.
