At dVerse Sarah is hosting poetics with an invitation to write about colour using a provided list from the palette of the Little Green Paint co. follow the link below for more details, the one I chose was Chemise.
dVerse Poets – Poetics – Colour Me Poetry

“Brevity is the soul of lingerie.” Dorothy Parker
Chemise Me She wrote with her eyes and painted with her movements, short strokes, long strokes, she sang in low soft silk sighs, her wisp of pink sent invitations like tremors of an earthquake, and held my breath as bated as she coloured my world chemise. copyright 2022 ©Paul Vincent Cannon All Rights Reserved ®
I love Dorothy! ❤️💕😆

Only a shirt knows the mystery of the wind in souls, an undeciphered breeze between him and her, the scent of sin that flows like a story and burns metaphorically the pleasures of those unspoken words… 😉

Hey great photo!👍🏻 Less serious than the other, which I liked too😀. Funny thing as I shopped for my wedding night, I purchased a filmy pink short concoction and found out later that it was my husband’s least favorite color. It was writing in the wall…😂

Your word choices are fantastic here – the colours, the textures, all coming together in that chemise.

I got out of your poem and the prompt. Who could have imagined that Chemise is a paint color! (As a garment, a chemise is a lovely thing to wear.)

They find a way around it… “It’s a maneuver. Slander from my political opponents. Those who want this great nation torn down to pieces. I will not resign and abandon te country to their (put in adjective of your choice) hands…
