“Curious things, habits.” Agatha Christie
The Question Does it bring life, this thing that you do, the habit of a lifetime, week in, week out, which has quietly formed so much of who you are and your understanding of the world and the meaning of your being, without even thinking about its sum and parts, does it bring life? I don’t think the question as it’s phrased has ever occurred to me. I’ll have to think about it.

Yes, I often wonder about this question, if we stopped doing the things that aren’t life giving, imagine the world 🙂

What brought life to me today was watching my fifteen year old granddaughter excel in basketball – she is the point guard.👍🏻🥰🥳

Old habits have quite a hold on us, but I think it’s healthy to be open to changing them if they are counterproductive. I still reevaluate and adapt! Sometimes it’s a matter of survival. A thought-provoking poem, Paul. ❤ 🙂 🙂

I’m with you, adaption is much more creative, thank you so much Cheryl. 🙂

Thank you Cheryl – yes a matter of reevaluating, so much we take for granted – perhaps because time overruns us, but it sure is healthy.

Thought provoking one this one. The habit of a lifetime…I immediately thought of the way the world has become so TV and screen scrolling driven.

Yes, we live vicariously it would seem, time for a reset, if only personally for me, a chance to reorient my focus.
