“The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.” Sun Tzu

Want Some Bother?

The bar humming good,
a well oiled crowd humoured up,
but you know how it is, a slip,
a nudge in innocent times,
he went off, threatening all in
his path until one leaned in
with a steely eye, "ere', you
want some bother?"

This is exquisitely drawn! I could visualize the “well oiled crowd humoured up,” and that slip, that brief moment that often lead to things getting heated. ๐Ÿ’

  7. Men seem to have a near-monopoly on this aggressive behavior, although I have seen women make fools of themselves after indulging in too much alcohol!

  18. A wonderful quote, by one of the military strategists who had only been rediscovered a few years ago. As a German, I have to write about it now, alongside Von Clausewitz. Lol
