“The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice.” Martin Luther King Jr. (which he borrowed from Theodore Parker)
Exhaling Hope Fractals of compassion, microscopic beauty clear to the naked eye in the everyone journey of justice, bending that arc and shortening its awaited time, holding ourselves accountable for neighbours of every living kind, that all might breathe as we breathe, inverting mindlessness, exhaling hope.

Beautiful. I’m appalled at how many Americans have moved away from holding Trump accountable in the past 3 weeks.

So am I. It looks like self-aggrandizement wins out social justice and any sense of human decency.

So well said, Paul. And the perfect ending of sincerity and hope. I love that wording: inverting mindlessness, exhaling hope.

To think what it would be like, breathing in unison right now, all of us exhaling hope. It’s a beautiful image, and a wonderful poem, Paul ♥🙏

I love the idea of exhaling hope, as simple as breathing.

Thank you Liz, yes, and I happen to believe it’s that simple, that everything we do – if it’s positive, will change us and thus the world around us. Imagine.

Paul, I think progress is being made in the US. Politics is a ruthless business, and the evil pied piper continues to enthrall many of his followers and to threaten politicians that he can cause them to lose elections. This will be a challenge for some time to come, but as your lovely poem says, at least we now have hope! ❤ Have a great week!
