“Peace, that was the other name for home.”  Kathleen Norris

Do They See The Sky Like I Do?

I passed the house at number sixteen,
it was still
as it usually is,
no one stirring,
everything in its place,
unlike the mess that is mine,
and I got to wondering,
who are they,
do they see the sky like I do?
