“The highest proof of the spirit is love.” Albert Schweitzer
Seeing
When the prophet spoke
the wait was long and dry
till some shepherds called
though few believed their news,
I glimpse her if I’m careful
in children passing by,
birds, laughter, dragonflies,
faces on the street,
wise wind of Sophia
ancient eternal present,
heartfelt.

Isn’t this so true, of life’s most precious, beautiful things?

OH…first time I’ve the the Spirit named this…although I was aware that in certain ancient texts, the Spirit was given a female identity.

Sometimes a glimpse is all that’s needed to sustain us.

Yes, that’s the whole thing, besides, I’m not sure we’d cope with anything more.

A quiet traveler, looking for (invisible) crumbs. Magic moments can happen at any time, and oh such a delight each time they do.
