“I felt That I breathed an atmosphere of sorrow.” Edgar Allan Poe
With No Meaning
Weightless heaviness presses in,
a fog that is light
with no meaning
clouds my mind,
my heart shifting
not shifting,
O to drink from the Lethe
and forget even forgetting,
even to stand,
to move beyond this torpor
that has become my friend,
the one who overstays
yet always welcomed back.

No, though it could be, more a reflection on tristful and melancholia, the lingering mood.

Can never go wrong to use an EAP quote to set the mood. I woke up feeling shitty today. Trying to crawl out of the hole lol.

Since some weeks i put the negative vibes out, and sent a warning too all my special “friends” not bringing me back to negativity. 😉 Take a break Paul, and look into the light. Best wishes, Michael

Just a reflection this time on the feeling, I don’t do melancholy, and I’m very fortunate not to have experienced depression, though some in my family have, horrible. Thank you Michael.

Good to hear you are well. Oh yes, depression is not very funny. Know some persons experienced to. Best wishes, Michael

These ‘moments’ feel lime forever, agreed, and we long for them to pass, but at the same time I feel that they can bring insight and inspiration and need to be embraced. And therein lies the dilemma. Wonderfully written.
