Four Sheets
As dusk settled
we set sail again
the winds were pushing hard,
we turned and turned
three sheets a broadside,
and how we rolled about
in the dark murky deep,
each time coming
back from the brink,
shouting and grappling
we clung for life
as waves crashed all around us,
then, as dawn approached,
we reached beyond
a sweat upon our brow,
we were four sheets on love
our longing now consumed.

I understood, don’t stress 🙂 I only have one language and I’m in awe of others who have more. Thank you Michael.

😉 I would have much more languages, but they gone away. Otherwise what can you do with ancient Greek, Latin and old Hebrew??? ;-(
