Never Looking Back
We were sometimes
perpendicular
though the compass was our home
at all angles,
we were uncontained
in a contained world,
transmogrified
our hearts sleeveless
constantly moving
roaming the inner worlds
as much as the outer
never looking back.

…being uncontained in a contained world…those are the best relationships. This is a beautifully written piece of writing.

A very thoughtful sentiment and well written Paul. A nice prompt also to break us from home or other dwelling attachments. The bike is a great get-away motivation. Hope you are having a great day!
