We Will

Rest on my heart which beats as yours
I sense the precipice on which you stand
and have stood there
as others have stood
time and again,
let me weep with your weeping
I am already washed in your flow
as you have been in mine,
rest on my shoulder as I rest on yours
and, take my hand
as I take yours
together
we will
step back and
begin again.

  9. It feels like you’ve walked the path of a compassionate soul. Very touching! There are many precipices in life and if one can envision a new beginning with the compassionate hand of another, the dream will be realized.
