Resolution
The margins of life are grey,
the bedrock of the daily,
but which permits, in natures way,
a paradox,
the welcome intrusion of colour at the deepest level,
for those steeped in the art of love.
And, in a nanosecond, my eyes have seized upon you,
feasting, and
separating out the elements of your beauty,
for which I have a certain appetition,
that burns within me.
