Quench Me

We met in a tempest
and kindled a furnace of love,
I drank of her deeply,
yet my thirst was unquenched,
and I knew that I must drink of her again.

  2. This is clever, I had not seen the picture before reading your poem. I visualized a woman through your passionate words. Double intent. Clever, clever.
