Not a constructed heritage, but a heritage of belief and culture and law (Tjukurpa)  for the Pitjantjatjara Anangu people. We were there in July 2014, and this is dawn breaking on Uluru. Uluru is also a national identity, the heart of the Red Center, and therefore a national heritage of high value for its spirituality, its geographical qualities (it is an inselberg), and its visual impact. It is a living heritage, and when you’re there you can feel it.

  1. Absolutely a high energy spot … many other ‘spiritual’ people feel it’s pull! So glad the locals are involved.
